Trinity's Rev Dominic Yeo assumes chairmanship of World Assemblies of God Fellowship

Trinity Christian Centre's former Lead Pastor and now Ambassador-at-Large has become the first Singaporean and only the second Asian to be elected as Chairman of the World Assemblies of God Fellowship (WAGF)




International delegates voted Rev Dominic Yeo in as Chairman at the ninth World Assemblies of God Congress held in Madrid, Spain, from October 12-14, 2023.


Rev Dominic will be leading the world’s largest Pentecostal fellowship which comprises 370,000 Assemblies of God (AG) churches and 85 million believers, including affiliation churches in 173 nations.


He was the Chairman of the Asia Pacific AG Fellowship (2011-2023) and the Secretary of the World Assemblies of God Fellowship since 2017, all during his tenure as Lead Pastor of Trinity Christian Centre (2005-2023).

At the global level, Rev Dominic also heads WAGF’s MM33 Task Force. MM33 is the vision to plant one million AG churches by 2033, the 2000th anniversary of the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the Day of Pentecost.

On March 12, 2023, Rev Dominic assumed the role of Ambassador-at-Large, representing Trinity Christian Centre to build and grow ministries worldwide, after passing the leadership baton of the church to Rev Gerald Tan.

About Trinity Christian Centre

Founded in Singapore in 1970 as a church of 10, Trinity Christian Centre is an Assemblies of God church now with a global outreach and four overseas centers in Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.


Led by Rev Gerald Tan, Trinity is the spiritual home to generations with about 1,400 livestream viewers and 5,500 attending services weekly in Singapore.
